Room was very good, proximity to exhibition center and airport excellent, WIFI is the only drawback. I stayed disconnected for a complete week.
Almost no WIFI. Restaurants in the hotel very limited.

Friendly staff, prompt service, nice pool, convenient location for trade show visitors
I was told that the room I had initially booked was not available and ended up in the somewhat rundown tower 2 of the hotel. My room smelled smoke and was a bit too warm. Still, it was ok, but my coworkers’ rooms in tower 1 were much nicer and modern.

If you need an overnight hotel near the airport , it is a good option . We had some time during the day and took a taxi to the city, which wasn’t that faraway .
The hotel offers a shuttle bus from the airport , which is very practical. The hotel gives you some indications to go the bus stop, but it was not easy to find . We tried to ask at the information point at the airport, but even for them it was difficult to explain exactly where it was (language also is a bit of a challenge in China )

Good selection of food for breakfast, walking distance to a subway station. The shuttle from airport was arranged on a short notice, the hotel staff was very helpful.
A lot of construction around caused heavy traffic. Fitness room equipment was removed due to upcoming floor work.

The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. We arrived in the middle of the night, and the staff had prepared a bag of fruit for us, which was really nice. The staff was friendly and kind, and made sure to help us with booking the shuttlebus to the airport in the morning. The breakfast was nice, with a very large variety. I liked that there was whole fresh fruit to bring with you during the day.
The toilet in the room was clogged and it was quite annoying and gross. I mentioned it at checkout and got a discount which made up for some of the experience. Several sinks in the common toilets didnt work, and you kind of got the feeling that most of the pompous elements were for show. For example keeping fake plants etc. The breakfast area did not have any sanitizers on the buffet tables, and it was quite disgusting how everyone from 6-10am were using the same utensils without any options of keeping the area clean. We arrived at breakfast at 9.30 and the area was visibly dirty, but there was still a lot of food. Here on booking.com it says that there is free airport shuttle all day and all night, but you should make sure to reserve a spot. I wrote to the reception upon booking that we needed a reservation at 22.00. I then received a standard message that the hotel couldnt help us, but that they would do their best to help us once we arrived at the hotel. When our flight was 3 hours delayed and we arrived at the airport after midnight, there was no shuttlebus at the designated gate even if it was communicated to them. The airport information staff even went so far as to call the hotel lobby and ask for them to send the shuttle, but the reception said that there was no shuttlebus that night. The "easy transportation" via the shuttlebus was the main reason for booking a room at Crowne plaza, so I was really disappointed when we needed to take a taxi. All of this hassle resulted in us arriving at the hotel 2,5 hours after landing in the airport.

Disappointing
I stayed at this hotel due to a conference so it was close to it. The breakfast options were really good.
For 1000 rmb a night per room, you’d think that they’d focus on a little upkeep and maintenance. The carpets were disgusting, the toilet seat had yellow stains on it, the room smells musty and cigarette smoke. The windows were absolutely vile. It just feels like cleanliness and upkeep are not a priority. Will absolutely not be staying here again.
