Comfortable room, good location and convenient to have direct access to a shopping center.
Staff spoke little or no English. Language barriers aside, they didn't look up or even greet us upon arrival. Our departure was met with the same indifference. We expect better hospitality from a premium hotel.

Amazing staff welcomed us. We arrived at around 1030am and they still let us get into the room. They gave us a welcome gift. The room was spotless. Breakfast was really good. And after 9 days of traveling through China, the nextdoor western restaurant was a pleasent, very much needed surprise. Overall great experience!
This is just me being picky, but the wall sockets were not that accesible. Other than that everything was amazing.

Lots of dining options in the area, nearby Chaoyang station is perfect for crossing the city center in north-south and east-west directs because it is where the lines 2 and 6 intersect. The rooms were spotless and quiet.
The lobby area is awkwardly shaped and not well-suited for representative meetings. The hotel is an adjunct to a mid-market shopping mall. Due to this, the location feels a little cramped.

The hotel had a lovely pool
One would expect English speaking staff at an international hotel. It made it really hard to arrange activities. At the bar I had to purchase an entire bottle of wine because they could not understand that I would like a glass of wine. Maintenance is needed at the ladies sauna.

I liked that it was connected to a shopping mall which made shopping easy. The location was good. The staff was decent. I also forgot some cash in the safe after checkout and was returned in full by the hotel staff.
1. The rooms are very vintage and not renewed. 2. No room service after 11:00 pm I think which is weird for that hotel class to not have a 24/7 room service. 3. The rooms were not designed well, as I booked a big room but I was surprised that there was a big wasted space in front of the door followed a corridor and two bathrooms but the usable part of the room is very small.

I liked absolutely everything! the breakfast is varied and very tasty! The hotel manager Cola Xu helped us with many questions, thanks for him kindness and help, he deserves praise.
the room was warm and the thick duvets needed to be replaced with thin ones.
