If you have a conference in convention center its the perfect place to stay, you can access the convention center without even going outdoor.
Except business travellers or social life seekers the location is far away from city center, it takes 1 hour drive to Sanlitun. Money for value is not that good. Room menu should include more variety of food.

Good location for conferences at convention center and subway. There is a underpass to get into the convention center. The bed is very comfortable. Staffs are all pretty nice.
The shower room at the pool is not clean. The sauna was not working.

I came to Beijing for a weekend to see the Olympic stadiums. I was upgraded to the 16th floor and had a view of the Bird's Nest and stayed in one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever been in. This place was amazing. Far exceeded my expectations for the price I paid and helped turn my weekend in Beijing into a very memorable experience. I'll definitely stay here again if I am in Beijing.
