Living like the locals live is what this apartment is about. It is a huge apartment with an extremely comfortable bed, huge bathroom, great view, bottled water supplied, safe, secure and a washing machine and dryer.

This is the fourth time I stayed in this typical Chinese community.
I decided to switch hosts after my last stay with a different host didn't have the service I was expecting based on previous stays. The apartments (the four I have stayed in were all identical), have everything you need for an extended stay. I especially appreciate being able to do the laundry. It's in a quiet area within walking distance from Dongzhimen metro station (and the Capital Airport Express). The host was very responsive and helpful by WeChat.
Very comfortable bed.
When I first stayed in these apartments, I used to get an 'ayi' (cleaning lady) who brought new towels, swept, and took out the trash every two days. One of the reasons I switched hosts is that during my last four-day stay, there was no ayi at all.
During this new stay, I arrived on Sunday, and by Wednesday, I still had no room cleaning, was running out of clean towels, and all the trash cans were full. When I asked about the 'ayi', I was told she only comes on Thursday. Considering this is a serviced apartment, I really think once a week is not enough, especially not considering the towels and trash.
The lack of ayi service would (like last time) be a reason for me to doubt whether I would stay here again.
The door lock could use a bit more explanation. The glass swing door could use some cleaning (had cooked up dust on the edges).
Having to sign a one-month lease contract so the host does not get into trouble is getting a bit annoying (especially since the contract shows a lower price).

We had a lovely stay at Seasons Park. The location is excellent—tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, yet still very convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and even allowed us a late check-out since there was no booking after us. While the condo is a bit dated, it didn’t bother us at all. We’d definitely stay here again when visiting Beijing

Nice staff, good location- 15 min on foot from Dongzhi Men station (30min from the capital airport).
Wasn’t really clean, especially the shower and floors. One of the staff entered the apartment without any notice -_- , luckily I was dressed and wasn’t showering or anything else, if I got it right she wondered about my check out time. Very insecure

Great location, just 10 minute walk from Dongzhimen station, and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by.

24/7 security booth at entrance gate, card reader apertment entrance door, leisure garden and proximity to the city center make the property preferable especially for family with minor children who are staying for leisure and or business. The staff and manager are very kind and responsible. The room/studio was spacious, confortable, clean, and well furnished.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Yasmine Seasons Park Apartment , and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of, thanks to the incredible hospitality and attention to detail provided by the staff, particularly Angela.
The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, providing a cosy yet modern ambience. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was ideal, close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, yet tucked away enough to ensure peace and quiet.

Studio 19-20 on 19th floor is very good. Quiet because high. As on the photos on booking website. The building is in a complex of several buildings. This complex is closed and guarded and you need a card to enter. So it's safe. But on first arrival you need a mean of communication with Angela to get in (WeChat or local phone). This was a problem for us but we were lucky enough to find a gentleman to open the gate for us and to guide us up to Angela door. Angela is very helpful and responds very quickly. She helped us to get tickets for Tiananmen and forbidden city.
All the furniture are of good quality.
If we come back to Beijing we will stay here again.
Sometimes bad smell in the bathroom. But it comes from piping so I believe there is nothing possible to do.

Amazing location in the heart of Dongzhimen, very close to the metro and a stone's throw from a range of good restaurants and bars. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the Beijing skyline.
The host agreed to meet me outside the property for check in but fell asleep, meaning I had to rely on the kindness of strangers to get in after a long day of travel. However, she made it up to me with a gift pack of amazing local produce!
