Perfect location for our last night in Beijing, arriving at Dongzhimen bus station in the evening and the next morning early morning train to Capital Airport. Building was easy to find using Applemaps. Securityguard for the building called the owner, who showed up quickly with the keycard. Huge apartment on the 6th floor. In the evening a 10 minute walk to SANLITUN area and in the morning a bakery with coffee on the way to the train. Late night hot bath was an excellent bonus !

Spacious flat close to Dongzhimen station (airport express line) and several large shopping centres with restaurants, book shops and a cinema. There's a small convenience on the ground floor, but outside and right from the south gate there's Jenny Lou's supermarket, which has everything you'll ever need for cooking. The flat overlooks a quiet tree-filled compound so it's very quiet and calm in busy Beijing.
The flat seems clean (the cleaner came once a week), but it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while as there was a lot of dust, gunk, and old food under the bed. Also the kitchen's motion-censor lights were set off twice in the middle of the night by a cockroach...

The property is conveniently located close to the subway. It has an easy access to Beijing Capital Airport too. I travelled to China for the first time and I was very skeptical about the food options since we are vegetarians. This is the reason I booked the apartment so I could cook for my family. But the apartment exceeded my expectations when it came to amenities. Impeccably clean and an amazing bath tub to soak ourselves in after a strenuous day out sightseeing. I just can't thank Angela enough. She's the most generous and the most accommodating host I've ever seen. Not only was she prompt in responding, but also went above and beyond to make our life easy throughout our stay in China. My room also had amazing views of the park. I would highly recommend a stay in this place. If ever I go to Beijing again, I will definitely pick this place!
A little expensive. But I guess that's Beijing for you.

The hosts and security guards of the building were really nice and helpful. The view on the 26th floor was amazing.
I found the bed very comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. The washing machine was so convenient and the apartment had a proper big mirror.
Im sorry but I did not like the shower. The water pressure was very poor.

The host was very kind and helpful. The place was very clean, the room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The price is totally worth it if you want to have a very comfortable and lavish room in the center of Beijing. They can even provide a tour to great wall if you ask them. And they can speak English.

I was lucky enough to booked one of the last apartments at Yasmine Seasons Park Hotel, and beyond satisfied with my stay. The location is in a centrally located, modern complex with amenities including central AC, washing machine, and a fitness center with swimming pool and weightlifting facilities (dumbbells AND barbell.) The location is minutes away from Dongzhimen subway, as well as being close to the super cute Chunxiu Road. Down in both the north and south courtyards, there are tons of adorable Chinese kids playing with their parents and grandparents, and it really did make me melt coming home to their joyful running about. Angela and her team are superb hosts; they helped me order supplies online, brought me toiletries, made me feel so welcome, and even made time for a farewell meal with me at the conclusion of my stay. My trip to Beijing was everything I hoped for and more, and staying at Yasmine Seasons was the foundation for my entire voyage.
I never used the TV in the living room because it was outdated and had no casting options for media or music. There was a day where the electricity gave out for a few hours, but Angela and her team triaged it very quickly.

Very comfortable apartment with a nice view from the window. It is clean and very well equipped for a short or a longer stay. The location is quite convenient, just a short walk from the metro station. The hosts are very reliable and friendly. Altogether the impression was excellent, I'll come again for sure!
