Very friendly staff despite there was some mis-communications when checking-in. Nice, clean and roomy apartment. The apartment was regularly cleaned.
The bed was a bit too hard for me. The Wi-Fi signal was not very stable at times.

The property was very comfortable and spacious. The host was absolutely incredible and so helpful with all of our requests. Each time I send a message, the hosts answered within the minute. The host is also English speaking. It was also very convenient to have a little grocery store downstairs.

The house is situated in a newly developed residential area which lies close to the metro station and Beijing's attractions. The flat has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The big window in the bedroom provides great views.

I had issues with my Alipay app when me and my family finished eating. I could not pay in cash (for some reason). They did not understand a single word I was trying to communicate even with a translation app. I called the host in desperation, he spoke with the lady from the food place. He actually paid for me and my family!! Thank you so much for this. You'll never understand how much I appreciate it.

Very good area, very good room! not far from Dongzhimen subway station quiet and safe Room owner can speak english. Dont worry about communication. Remind: If you arrived. You wont be able to enter the building immediately. The gate need to open by a keycard so you have to call to a room owner for pickup you. More requests after booked please call to him its better than email.

Away from the bustle of the city. Having a convenience store below and a manager who provides his best of knowledge of surrounding restaurants, shopping areas, water quality etc. Local breakfast or McDonalds can be found whilst walking towards metro station.
10mins walk to nearest metro station in the blistering summer, otherwise should be bearable in cooler climate. Streets can be dark but relatively safe neighbourhood. Just be aware of how to operate the front-load washing machine. The door was jammed on the first try and assistance was needed to drain fully before opening it successfully. Another time was the need to push the door shut properly to activate the wash.
