The only hotel which had ignored cancellation request due to corona virus without any reply. Other hotels in Beijing had accepted cancellation without any charge except this hotel. I will never use this hotel.

The location was very close to the subway and within walking distance to everything.
breakfast wasnt very early so if you were looking to eat before getting out you would have to look for food elsewhere

location is ok, 10 min walk to the underground station. breakfast was good. rooms were big and quite.
they didn't give us the right room as we chose online, as an exchange, they gave us a free breakfast and changed room for us next day. New room was big but very cold, worst thing was... the shower was totally blocked...

Nearby the hotel there are a lot of eateries.
Loft room which kids will like.
Theres constantly a stinky smell coming out from the manhole outside the room and the bathroom drain.
Breakfast area has no heating and is cold during winter and we need to wear thick jackets for breakfast.

The staff were truly amazing. Very helpful, flexible and friendly in giving advise and arranging taxis. They speak English which is great. Even when we were at a metrostation that was closed due to an accident, we called our hostess and she arranged a taxi straight away. So kind, top.
The shower could be better, because the waterpressure was not high. We dont know if it is local or area bound.

the heater is good
i rent car from hotel for pick up and private car for 2 days and drop of to train station.
When we went to mutianyu, the driver took us to tea house event tought we refused. It's coused we did not visit the temple of heaven because its closed.
At 2nd days, the car was problem and must be changed another car but its temporary. The car and driver was not good..
The driver and the car every day different..

The staff are great, the breakfast is cheap and cheerful and hit the spot. Just a few minutes walk from the subway. Comfortable and clean with friendly staff - I'd recommend.
Many of the rooms are situated around a courtyard, so when I stayed, there were guests who checked out at 4am and they felt it necessary to have a loud conversion right outside my window. Not the hotel's fault at all, but it would be good if they let guests know that people are sleeping nearby.

Loved the location, my room was lovely
At 07.20 and 22.50 one of the staff cleaned her teeth at the tap right outside my bedroom window, very noisy . Also the staff on their walkie talkies even earlier.
