The hotel did not have complimentary breakfast. I had to pay for drinking water and coffee. The location of hotel was on a busy street with plenty of noise from cars and people. Hotel had a wedding on Saturday night so sleep was impossible to obtain. Staff failed to notify customer of the upcoming wedding and they refused to make accomodations to customer whose rooms were located close or near the ballroom

Beds comfortable and clean, fridge and air conditioning in the room.
The room was fairly clean ,except balcony and windows full of dust. Shower was missing curtain so water splash everywhere. Hotel restaurant at 8pm had no longer open kitchen and after ordering coffee in the morning we had to wait 30min for hot water. Service was super slow. At night electricity went off and by check out we were not able to charge phones nor connect with wifi. Location is in the small street on a side not very pleasant or safe for walk.
