Location and value.
Having hot water for showers. We stayed overnight, and the shower at night and the next morning were lukewarm. Our friends down the hall had lukewarm showers too.

Breakfast was excellent buffet. Also ate lunch there off of menu.
Front desk assisted in procuring a city tour tailored to our needs. Three of us were traveling together and two of us needed to use a cane.
Language barrier for me. Finally understood what bottled water “sin gas” meant. Helped me when buying bottled water at the airport!

The room was comfortable.
The breakfast was limited and staff seemed overwhelmed. The tables were dirty and service wasn’t great. The front desk was not helpful and didn’t bother to tell us our room was ready even though we were sitting there waiting.

I had to catch an early flight, and even though the breakfast was completely set up, they wouldn’t let me have anything to eat. My only complaint.

The free shuttle worked well. Just make sure and book ahead of arrival. The hotel is very clean/updated and the on-site restaurant was better than most. The veggie pizza was among the best I’ve had. The free breakfast buffet was also impressive. Overall, a nice, affordable accommodation near the airport.

We were really impressed with this hotel, above all the staff were really friendly and helpful, a massive room, beautifully clean and fresh, a very good airport transfer service as well, great food , nice outdoor bar.

comfortable beds, nice dinner in the restaurant and the shuttle service was 24 hours- very handy to the airport and a good service. we had a very early flight and it was no problem getting a 4-30 am shuttle

The beds were the most comfortable we had in all of South America! The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. Airport shuttle was wonderful. It only runs on the hour so you have to time it right. One of the times we had to take an uber or wait an hour but it wasn't too much money.
