Wonderful
The rooms are really good and comfortable. You have good appliances if you want to prepare your own food, but is also close to nice places to eat. The checking process is easy and quick. Good parking available and really secure.

The location was safe and nice. The beds were confortable. The apartment was clean and larger than what it looks in the pictures.
There were 4 pillows, but 2 were dirty, we didn't use them since there were clean ones. The covers were too hot and it was a warm night. It says in the brochure that the hot water lasts 10 to 20 minutes, or else we have to wait for an hour, as we were three people we had to organize a schedule to take a shower.

We called in to request if possible an earlier check in as we had had a long drive .Receptionist was quite put out.On ringing her manager we were told would have to pay half again,so didn't bother.All other receptionist were most freindly and polite.

Nice welcome packet of snacks. Clean and spacious - perfect for 2 friends travelling. May have felt quite small for 3. Great to have the water & coffee station downstairs and the 24hr front desk was excellent.
Location felt safe & friendly. Nice selection of bars & restaurants.
Room got quite hot - Aircon in the main room or both bedrooms would have been ideal.
Key card kept resetting each day.

The location, the size of the room and the helpful staff.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment during summer and only the main one had air conditioning.
The air conditioner from the upstairs bedroom was dripping on ours, and the ongoing noise was a bit annoying.

Nice location. Quiet area, only ask about rooms not facing the road, cause soundproofing is not good enough.
Cleaning should be improved. Pay attention please to the windows, windowsills, window blinds, bedside tables, wardrobe and surfaces. They are covered with dust and I used wet wipes to clean them.

The location in a quiet neighbourhood.
The view from the apartment of the cordillera was pretty special.
The room faced east so the morning sun warmed the apartment so much (not adequate window coverings in the living room) that we could only return late afternoon. The apartment was unbearably hot through the day as temperatures were above 30 degrees. We could access an airconditiong only in the bedroom.
The shower cubicle was extremely small.

Location is excellent. No security issues helpful in organising transport. Hair dryer was replaced without fuss. Much appreciated.
Patio on ground floor had not been cleaned for ages and we could not enjoy the table and chairs.

Spacious two-bedroom flat in the residential part of trendy Providencia. Short walk to the nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and to the metro station. 24-hour reception and safe area to walk.
