The staff was great. The breakfast was also very good.
The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and there was hardly any hot water. There is no air conditioning. The room is not very spacious. If you get back to the hotel too late, their parking lot is full and you have to park in another location.

Very central located, easy to find, many attractions are around the corner, the Japanese garden is just some minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast has many options and the swimming pool is big and nice.
The garden around the swimming pool needs some care.

They didn’t make my room, pool was out of service in the summer, room smelled like cigarettes, shower was cold, no power outlet next to the bed. Very bad service

We found it very interesting that all restaurants closed at 9:30 in La Serena, this made it very convenient to have dinner at the attached restaurant, there we enjoyed a very good meal.
