Wonderful
Excellent location, good sized suites, and an ocean view from each of our four rooms. My family made good use of the pool
There were several ses of stairs between the two building and no obvious accommodation for the handicapped

Disappointing
location
Telling us the room wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. We were exhausted and the hotel wasn’t full, they could have tried a bit harder to please.
Towels were awfully old and grey.

Nice location.The room was pleasant. Nice hot shower with good water pressure.Everything was adequate I would say.
We planned to eat at the restaurant but they were closed for some reason. Pretty expensive. We weren't able to get a second night which worked out well as we were able to get an apartment just down the street with a beautiful ocean view for half the price.

Great location with free parking. The rooms are very close to the parking, so bringing up the luggage is quite convenient (even though there are steps instead of a ramp).
The hotel looks very clean and maintained.
Breakfast is great!
We asked for a baby cot. The bed wasn't used in a long while (I'm assuming) and it smelled very dusty.
We ended up moving the bed out of the room because I couldn't sleep next to it (and the baby obviously didn't sleep in it)

Disappointing
The in-house restaurant was a standout—delicious food at very reasonable prices made dining easy and enjoyable. The shower was also excellent, with hot water and great pressure, and the heater kept the room cozy at night. While the beds weren’t perfect, they were generally comfortable enough. The hotel staff was polite and friendly, even if not especially enthusiastic. Breakfast was fairly standard with eggs, fruits, breads, and a surprising but plentiful dessert spread. And though the balconies don’t face the ocean directly, they do offer a partial ocean view and a quiet spot to relax by the pool area.
The rooms felt a bit under-decorated and sparse—especially the non-balcony rooms, which were quite small. Internet in the room was awful, completely unusable for work, and among the worst we’ve experienced at a hotel; only the restaurant area had decent Wi-Fi. The tea kettle setup was a nice touch, but there was no bottled water provided—only a hallway cooler. The bedding was a bit frustrating due to the lack of fitted sheets, and one of the mattresses (in the double room) was uncomfortably springy. Lastly, for a beachfront property, the views were a bit underwhelming, as all balconies face inward with only a limited ocean view.
