Very hard to find. The official address is on a street with no access to the property. Access is from the back street. It took me almost an hour to find the correct place with a lady on the phone that had to send someone from the hotel to the street to waive in the middle of it so i can finally locate the property.

Friendly and helpful staff, location is close to the city center and well organized. We had to leave very early in the morning and they arranged the breakfast earlier than the usual time, this was really nice.

Nothing at all. Difficult to accurately review the facilities as we didn’t get to stay there! We booked in advance and it was listed that the hotel accepted cash or visa/mastercard. Beware though, if you are not from Chile as you may experience the same problems we did. On arrival our Mastercard debit card (Starling) was not accepted in spite of using it at another hotel in the same town the night before. Same with Visa debit card (Revolut). Same problem then with both visa and Mastercard Credit cards. Asked if we could pay in USD cash. Yes they said - at last! But wait, when we asked if we would receive the change in USD they said No. Ok so would it be in Chilean Pesos then? No. Wait, so we wouldn’t get ANY change? Yes, that’s right. Last attempt; can we pay in Chilean Pesos in cash? No. Why not? It’s legal tender here in Chile and you are surely obliged to accept it? Ok they said yes you can pay but as you are foreigners there will be a 21% surcharge tax!! At this point we just gave up and cancelled the booking. They reluctantly agreed to waive the cancellation fee. I’m sure the rooms maybe nice and the location is quite central but good luck getting them to accept your payment if your not Chilean.

Very clean and comfortable. There was a little kitchen, which was a nice surprise!
Breakfast was good and served either in to the room or in the dinning room.

Small room and thin walls, could hear neighbours conversations, mattress a bit saggy, not enough hot water for 2 people to have a shower after each other and they were quick showers. Breakfast could be improved. Instant coffee only

Pretty, quiet small hotel near central plaza NOT on the (overbuilt) beach strip. Safe, easy, free parking across the street. Quiet, spacious room with huge beds and good pillows. Decent breakfast served to your room or to the dining area, your choice. We stopped there for a night on our way to San Pedro and liked it so much that we stopped again on our way back south.
If you want beachfront this isn't it. But you can walk down to the ocean in about 25 minutes.
