We loved all the outdoor /indoor spaces to hangout. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with our broken Spanish.
Nothing - we would highly recommend this place to anyone. I guess if pressed, we had a sense that La Serena was a smaller town and that the beach was walking distance from the center. Not true, but that’s not the fault of the lodging.

The breakfast was typical of this style of hotel and fully up to expectations.
The hotel location was extremely inconvenient, with the street itself (and others approaching it) fully gridlocked for large periods of time. And the parking arrangements were not transparent on the Booking.Com website posting. Had these been provided (correctly) I would have made a different choice.
And also. the room, while comfortable, lacked some simple basic amenities. For instance, there was no closet nor any other clothes hanging facilities provided.

Amazing boutique place, just off the centre of La Serena. A modest front door opens up into a beautiful pathway of rooms and courtyards. Tranquil peace and quiet throughout. Our room was well decorated and the bed was really comfortable. Next morning, the breakfast buffet was so healthy and ten times better than most hotels we have stayed at in Chile. The whole thing was just perfect.
We were just passing through and had only booked one night. If we’d had enough time, we would have stayed longer in La Serena just for this hotel !

Friendly staff, great breakfast, good location.
We booked a room with a garden view and a terrace and ended up with a tiny room without a window and with a construction site in front of our door. We complained to management but there was no better room available. Very disappointing, they didn’t even offer us a discount.

An incredible find! It was so charming! The garden was beautiful! Comfortable and clean! The shower was hot and the water pressure was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly! The parking was a little tricky. Great location !

The facilities were absolutely lovely. We were on the ‘colonial’ side of the street, and both the room and the courtyard/garden spaces were beautifully decorated and comfortable, with all the necessary hotel amenities. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, served in a pleasant room.
The need to get a staff person to unlock the street-level doors each time was inconvenient.

Beautiful grounds and excellent staff.
Ran out of hot water and cold water in the morning. Only had about a 2-minute shower and it ran out of hot water followed by 2-minute shower and then both hot and cold red out of water. Don't know if this was a common occurrence or just a one-time deal. Other than that everything was great. I'd say about 5,000.00 pretty much yeah

As described a beautiful oasis garden and lots of chill out areas beautifully furnished with local items and great attention to detail. Bread rolls at breakfast were lovely.
Attention to detail only goes as far as the decor. Not as advertised. Bar not open because the area is blocked off as room doubles up as breakfast area and is set up day before. No bottles of water or glasses in room. - it was 30 degrees and no aircon. No access to coffee and tea making. One stick of Nescafe at breakfast. Absolutely no frills or extras.
