The beautiful view
The hotel in general is very dirty, the rugs in the floor are old and they haven’t clean them in a long time.The restaurant were they serve breakfast is in the base room and it was all wet because of the rain.It is a petty it used to be a very lovely hotel

The room was good regardless of an unstoppable ventilator bathroom noise, no door sign for not wanting to be disturb or make my room, and a just fair breakfast. The breakfast is on another building, and there is no coffee, just americano. I forgot my cel phone charger and they didn't have one to sell, lend, nor even charge at the front desk. The restaurant down stairs is mediocre, the longaniza felt plastic and the mustard I asked for since they didn't have any pebre of chimichurri, was of the cheapest kind.

Room size and view were great. The choice of places to eat in the casino complex and staff were kind and friendly
Parking system was down and hotel was highly disorganised with it taking over an hour to get the car form the front of the hotel entrance into the parking lot - this seems to happen every time there is an event in the casino according to other guests and locals. Room and bathroom were not cleaned properly with dust every where. Carpets worn and stained. Toilet flush was broken and never fixed. Room service was done through an app that never worked, and a whats app message service alternative for room service was never answered so I never received breakfast two days in a row. Towels were not provided in the quantities needed and house keeping never answered

We stayed in Enjoy Coquimbo for a weekend in January 2024. The place has amazing location between Coquimbo and La Serena, that gives you an opportunity to commute between cities and see both. The beach is close , just cross the road, and the sea view from the room is amazing. There is a lot of fun and smth always going on around: in casino and bars. Good swimming pool and SPA. Amazing mattress and pillows in the rooms.
The overall feeling is that the hotel is not really 5 start and highly overpriced. The furnitures in the rooms and lobby are used and shabby. Breakfast is not 5 star, comparable to 3, maximum 4 star hotel of Santiago. Casino and beach life may be too loud for those who seek silence.

Breakfast was very simple but with a lot of chances to have, althought the plate was very small and i think they have to improve in future.
There was a lot of noise at 3am and i don´t understand that the hotel did not have a better policy about that in coordination with the local police

amazing views, in a middle of the best in town. The rooms are comfortable also yeh bed and bathroom are extremely clean
the first basement which connect the ballroom with the others facilities even the first floor are so cold because the door are always open also at night.
