Exceptional
It was very well kept, easy access, friendly staff, super good communication with the owner/administrator. Good working Wifi, and tv always a plus. It was extremely clean.
Mismatched dinner plates, silverware, glasses, etc I don't know if the stove was working, I didn't try it. It looked like it was burnt and melted. Bed was not comfy at all. Just a few details. I'll stay there again tho.

Lovely views of the ocean with a nice balcony. The facilities on the complex were good though unfortunately too cold to enjoy the swimming pools.
The bathroom could do with a good scrub. The bath was blocked with hair and there was a blister/water damage in the ceiling. Sheets and towels didnt small fresh. The cleaning fee seemed particularly high when the place didn’t feel particularly clean.

The Appartment is great, and great value. We loved the view and the beach.
The great laguna pool advertised was a swamp. This is out of the hosts control, but it should be mentioned. However the cleaning operations are being done so im optimistic it will be solved in the near future.
