Location, pool, service.
Lack of parking and lack of loading, unloading suitcases in an extremely busy street. Traveling with little kids and several suitcases was not fun to be walking a few blocks due to the lack of a reserve space for loading and unloading. The hotel parking garage is for about 8-10 cars only while the hotel capacity can be for hundreds of people. There are not parking structures nearby and the only option is to compete locals to find a spot on the street. In summer was like trying to park in San Francisco downtown with no parking structures nearby. Annoying at least, but great location, service and view!

It was located right in the beach, great views.
I left money on top of my nightstand the first day and the cleaning just took it. Then when i came back she was on the hall way and saw me coming into the room then she asked “was the money in your room a tip? Because i took it” and i said no it is not but let her keep it anyways because i felt pressured and it was an awkward situation.
