the bathtub had a weird shape on the floor that was not safe to be stand...like a round

Location, swimming pool and reception staff (Anna)
- wifi connection dropping in and out (i.e., no internet connection at times)
- Stated wifi was available in all areas but this was not the case
- Hot water did not turn on
- Couch dirty
- PowerPoints unsafe in room
- Curtain partly ripped from the hanger
- Shower door would not stay straight so water would leak onto the floor whilst having a shower
- 2 out of 3 elevators broken, elevator doors close on you quickly
- DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL.
