Staff was amazingly kind and patient even though we spoke very little Spanish, facilities were very clean and a breath of fresh air from other places we had stayed at in the area previously. Pool was lovely and the view amazing for sunset. Highly recommend!

Nice spacious rooms, good breakfast with lots of option and a nice pool. I came here to relax, and waking up to a sea view, birds singing in a room big enough to do yoga in the morning was lovely. It was so quiet and I enjoyed the pool.
The check in procedure was cumbersome, and the payment machine didn't accept almost any card. we were three friends travelling toghether trying to pay for our stay, but only one of our cards (which worked everywhere else) were accepted by the machine. Highly recommend to pay this hotel in advance or bring enough cash to avoid any hassle. The receptionists were not very helpful or solution oriented.

The bed was comfortable and location great
The guy on the front desk . Machine didn’t work to take my card ( its works everywhere else) so i gave him $US and he informed me that he didn’t give change. IT was only $6 US but didn’t even offer for me to have this amount off my meal or a drink. Discussing behaviour so dis honest. So i went somewhere else for my tea and drinks.

The gym isn’t good enough and the equipments require some maintenance. I solved it running to the closest beach.

Very typical chain, expensive, no character, but fine for a night or two.
