The hosts Domingo & Soledad were so friendly, the room is clean and daily cleaned with new towels. They honored an earlier check in and later check out with no fee. Good location i could walk easily to Playa Cavancha. Very good price.

The kindness of Domingo and his family and staff is priceless. We had an extremely positive experience in this place. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurant area and supermarkets.

I really enjoyed my stay in Iquique Sun. The hosts Domingo and his wife Solidar are very nice , kind and helpful persons. I spended a few days over christmas in Iquique and they were so kind to invite me for christmas eve and dinner. It was such a nice experience. Thank you again! The location is very good and everything is walkabel. Everything is kept very well and clean. Playa Cavanche is just a 5 minute walk. Very close you find also some Minimarkets you can buy everything for your needs. I can totally recommend this place to stay! Btw, just around the corner is a small restaurant called "Kekos". You will see the sign with the daily offer out on the street. They serve a pretty good daily menu for only 4.000 CHP. Also very recommendable.

Couple who run it are very friendly and attentive, good price, room a good size, close to beach.
Bathroom quite small, stairs are very narrow and uneven so just bear in mind if you have bulky luggage.

5-10 min walk to shops, park and lovely beach. Host took us to local viewpoint when our tour was cancelled. He also drove us to the bus station on leaving. His wife provided coffee and biscuits early morning whilst waiting for transport.
Outdoor terrace was used to dry washing, so couldn't really use it for eating/relaxing. Narrow, winding staircase was a bit difficult.

It was nicely situated and the owners are super nice. They helped me out with recommendations for food and arranged a taxi to the airport for me.
Probably suiting up to prices in Chile I found it a little expensive. Otherwise it was a decent, well situated hotel.

Location is excellent, only 3 blocks from the main beach. Host Domingo and his wife Soledad were excellent. Domingo took us for a drive to his favourite lookout and also drove us to the airport cheaper than the taxi. Restaurants a few minutes walk away. Not 5 star but it was the cheapest hotel this close to the beach and was great value.
No aircon in our room but it didn't matter . There was a good breeze through the window and a strong fan in the room. We had no trouble sleeping.

Excellent place, quiet, intimate. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. He drove us to visit Humberstone and further to Pica (better than a group tour). Location is near the beach with a boardwalk where to stroll and not far from the center. Restaurants and groceries abound in the neighborhood.

Location in a safe quiet neighbourhood, so close to cavancha beach. Hosts very friendly and kind.
I thought there was a kitchen etc. there is not, but the room has a little fridge and hosts provide hot water for tea.
