rooms were not clean and maintained very poor service as well from staff breakfast buffet was having very less options so overall not at all satisfied.6 years before the expereince was different and now its very different, cannot recommend anyone for the hotel.

Great location. Near many restaurants and cafes and the main street. Comfy bed. Clean area. The kitchen is great! The staff was so nice and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I don’t speak Spanish but everyone either spoke English or were happy to use google translate. Epic value. Great corner room with a sea view twelve stories up. Great place to stay

Good location , a 20 minute walk from the main square.
The room was large (it was described as a suite but only had a bedroom and bathroom).
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.
There were great views of the beach and the sea.
Breakfast was ok, I would expect proper coffee and made to order items at the price point. The bread and yoghurt were cheap and industrial.

The staff was very friendly and attentive.the
The cleaning was not as thorough as could had been.
The toilet needed to be brushed, the windows were marked with children fingerprints, it’s something simple to do but can improve your rating.

Nice and helpful staff, the view was great, even from the 5th floor, the location is incredible, free and secured parking.
The building, especially the hallways felt a bit worn out. In the first room they gave me, the ac wasn't working, changing the room wasn't a problem tho.
There is a 100$ deposit when checking in to make sure you follow the house rules, payable in cash or blocked on your credit card. Feels kinda random tbh.

Lack of hot water. Uncomfortable and very loud beds. Old hotel, lack of tempered water in the pool, poor gym and amenities.

My corner room on the 18th floor had a fantastic clear view of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows.
Not much English spoken but the staff were patient and helpful
No laundry facilities on site so I had to walk with my laundry, the first place was closed and the second was only 5mins away. Laundry 2500/kg

The room was comfortable and spacious. Nice view of Iquique Beach.
Close to Peninsula de Cavancha, where many restaurants can be found.
Breakfast was high level.
