It’s a good place near Cavancha, everything is near and there are good restaurants and bars around there

The property is okay. However, there were some problems regarding the bathroom, specifically the toilet and the shower. It was very difficult to take a shower.
The location was perfect. It was near the beach .

Disappointing
The best thing of this hotel is the location a block from Cavancha beach. The double queen Room is big and i paid for sea view!
Staff was not very friendly and not helpful. I had to carry an iron up to my room, theyy wouldn't bring it to me. Room was not that clean, would not walk barefoot. Main air conditioning unit didnt work and there was a portable unit installed but super noisy!! Breakfast was minimal and tasteless items, disappointing!

The room had a leak, they overcharged me, they didn't respect the price on the booking site

Ordering a drink to have by the pool was an ordeal. I had to go to the 3rd floor restaurant, buy the drink and bring it back to the pool. The second time, I went to the ground floor restaurant and needed to wait until the drink was ready before returning to the pool. There was no pool side service or an offer to bring the drink to the pool when it was ready.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Breakfast was poor and always the same. There is a bar downstairs, and it's super noisy with loud music until late.

The view of my room was wonderful. The bed was comfy and nice. One street of distance from the beach and good restaurants near by.
The floor was slippery from the cleaning and water from the shower got out of the shower floor

no taxis connection between the hotel and the airport. No vending machine for juices or water.
