A total fraud. I got to the hotel after 8pm only to be kept in the waiting area for an hour with the staff sitting in their office looking busy. They realise you're a foreigner and they instantly want to cheat you. I saw 15,300 cfa when i booked on here, only to get there for them to show me the room and time for payment, they are charging me 25,000 cfa.

Very helpful, kind and warm staff. Gave me a room upgrade.
Staff on duty, Koukou went above and beyond in being helpful.
Furnishing not modern. Furniture dated.
Room, kitchen, bathroom, doors not very clean. Beneath the standard of cleanliness of where guests are expected to stay.
No duvet.

I like the staff of the hotel. They are very receptive and they know their job. Even though I couldn't communicate well with them because I don't speak French, they found a way to make communication take place.
There are tourist centres close by.

He place I didn't like anything about
The staff were rude, the manager change me extra even though I showed him the confirmation. He insist I paid extra.
There was no water, soap or toilet roll. When I requested for water to bath, he said it will flow in an hour time which never happened.

This can be detrimental to honest guests who are mugged or robbed inside the hotel by the managers

It was OK. Even I was welcomed at 1:30 h at night due late arrival plane and long clearance at Abidjan airport.
It was meanly OK, Wifi Code announced, could be improvement.
