The concept of mezzanine
The property was not clean. There was only one towel and one blanket for the whole stay. And the staff can’t provide us some.

The staff are wonderful. Despite the language barrier (Eng vs Fra), they were satisfactorily professional- right from the driver who picked us from the airport to the reception to the cleaners.
The food too was good.
The breakfast was good. However a little variety each day would be great.
The rough road leading to the hotel makes the location seem seem lowly.
The bathtowels are too tiny. Full size towels would be great.

The staff were responsive and helpful even though we had a bit of a language barrier as the speak only French. The restaurant was great and breakfast was excellent. The restaurant was open till very late and had a good variety of dishes.
The plumbing in my room was a bit suspect as the faucet would randomly splash me with bursts of high pressure water when using it. The shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom so it got wet everywhere aafter a shower.

The staffs are great and friendly. The free airport shuttle is bonus. The breakfast was good. The place is also in a safe and quiet location not very far from services and only a 10 minute drive to Abidjan mall.
The bathroom is not good as the shower doesn't have a divider and water just flows all around the bathroom. Then it takes long for hot water to start coming out from the shower.
