Opened in 2017, the Züri by Fassbind offers modern rooms designed by the famous architects Gigon & Guyer, 164 feet from Escher Wyss Platz and a 6-minute tram ride from Zurich main station and the Bahnhofstrasse. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Great location! Very quite room.
We did not have the kind of refrigerator in which you could store food, it was simply not set cold enough for that. Fortunately, the front desk person was kind enough to let us store our food in the main kitchen refrigerator and we could retrieve it when we wanted it.

Best value for money in downtown Zurich! Great location, great service, great facilities and room is comfy and quiet. For being in the spit-center of the city, super value for the price!
Only thing was the room's window that looked directly into a building on the other side of the street. But while the automatic drapes provide enough privacy, they don't let much sunlight in. Only downside but nothing that can't be overlooked.

Comfortable clean room, very close to nightlife and easily accessible by tram. I stayed one night and I would definitely book again. I enjoyed the included coffee and tea.
It's far away from the main HB train station. If you don't take the tram it's a 30 minute walk, roughly. Other than that, nothing else was noteworthy.

The breakfast was basic and expensive. For someone not eating gluten and only lactose free products there was nearly nothing to chose from.

It is fine and not too expensive. Zurich is very expensive in general so this is a good stay that is not overpriced. Did not check the breakfast. Everything was clean and working. The location is quite reachable on foot within 30 minutes from the train station. Reception is professional.
The window can only be opened using a controller on the wall, however it would not open.
