Great location with a tram stop right next to the hotel. The room was clean, decent-sized, and the price was good.
Self check-in was a bit difficult, and the staff member there didn’t offer any help. The AC barely worked, so the room was quite warm.

Front desk is friendly, location is good.
The room smells terrible. The first room smells so bad, asked hotel staff to change, the second room we get still has the same problem. The AC in the hotel doesn't work well. The air quality in our room is very very bad. Don't select this hotel!

Disappointing
The mattress was comfortable and the shower was well kept.
The communication with staff was limited when trying to communicate about the broken AC (which was the reason we booked the hotel). No staff member came to assess the thermostat however fans were provided which did improve the experience but it was greatly disappointing about the lack of communication about the lack of AC.

Very well located close to public transportation and a few option for bars, restaurants, and shops at walking distance. Check in was smooth and easy, there is also a self check in option. The room was super clean, and was actually more spacious than I thought from the pictures. Bathroom 10/10 with a very nice shower and lots of room around the sink for toileteries, makeup, etc. There was also a blow drier! Bed was comfortable, as well as pillow and sheets. Evrything smelled nice and looked clean. Staff was very friendly all throughout the hotel and during different times of the day. Would definitely recommend the stay!
The AC was not very pwoerful and did not really climatize the room, and I was also not able to control the temperature.

- Far from train station and supermarket - AC& Refrigerator not cooling well - Breakfast is limited and yesterday I didn’t find food to eat with no staff available and it was still 9:30 - Reception took long time to check in even though I checked online

Quiet.
Location was far away from city center. Staff who checked us in made us feel that we were not welcome. However the young lady who checked us out and helped us to store our luggage was friendly and nice.
