Amazing location, beautiful facilities, loved the charm of the buildings and its history. I was expecting something more “antique” given its history, but everything was large and modern and up to date! Service and staff are beyond helpful and kind!
Pricey, but so is everything in Zurich. But this is worth it.

The hotel was great and I certainly would stay there again. The staff in general, the room, the cleanliness, the facilities, the restaurant and specially the location was all amazing. I definitely recommend it!
The only thing that I found a little rude was the concierge who was not so friendly upon my requests. However all the other staff and the hotel itself it was all great!

The service was exceptional, as was the breakfast and everything at the hotel. They were very helpful with our daughter's requests during breakfast and in assisting us with restaurant reservations. They even provided a pillow menu to accommodate different preferences. We enjoyed our stay!
