Location is super!! Few minutes walk to Zurich train station, supermarket and the breakfast are all we need. I like the free coffee machine with hot water in the guesthouse. Also, self check-in system is amazing, very smooth check-in. Perfect place to stay near the train station.
The room is a bit small for 3 large luggage.

Clean. Easy to access with self check in.
Was really disappointed with the room for the price I paid. I have to travel to Zurich regularly for work and there are much better options for the price. No kettle, no coffee, the room was cold. I could hear many other people. The TV didn't work very well and you couldn't access things like netflix. Overall quite an uncomfortable stay unfortunately.

It’s very close to the train station, felt safe, self check in done by phone and it worked perfectly. Comfy bed and great bathroom all very clean. Nice to have the partner hotel nearby with 24hour reception if there were any problems …. Receptionist lovely and very helpful.

We were upgraded and appreciated that. They need to let all booking agents know that Zurich has a $7 city tax that has to be paid upfront before they will give you a room.
