Such convenient location. We got to Zurich by train and had to go to the airport the next morning. The location couldn’t be better. So close to the train and yet quiet and cute.

They accommodated us when we returned to the hotel at the end of the entire trip to Switzerland and requested for a lower floor with lift access. Wonderful!!

Location,location, location. So near to zurich hbf and the main shopping district. Easy to get around.
Lower floor is a bit noisy but they provide ear plugs. Top floor no lift access so we had to carry our luggage up the narrow staircase.

Great location, staff were amazing. Great cocktails, food and bar, delicious coffee, and they kept our bags while we toured other areas and awaited our return.

This is a gem of a hotel and we will stay here on our next trip to Zurich. Small, boutique hotel with a cafe on the ground floor. Rooms are clean and cozy- the bedding was the best on our trip. Fantastic location - close to the train station and easily walkable to all the Zurich sites. This is in the city just off Bahnhofstrasse so yes there is city noise, but we slept soundly. The staff was so kind and really went above and beyond to help us!

Very noisy, especially at night with bar / restaurant patrons and construction works.
Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were terrible, did not sleep well at all due to bed and noise combined

The rooms are absolutely lovely. They are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They can't do enough for you, especially Dylan, who made sure to have us moved to a quieter room because of the building works next door. We felt so welcome. The hotel could not be in a more convenient location if you are ariving and departing by train.
