Room is really great but for this (remote) location overpriced for Zurich. SPA is uniquely unmatched. Though outdoor pool is tiny compared to comparable hotels (ie Buergenstock). Forest walk is amazing?
View from my room to the main building where I can see inside staff offices/rooms which are messy (ties hanging on the wall???) Happy to share pictures if anyone will care…

Disappointing
The restaurant was horrible. No food was "wow", carpaccio was outrageously thick and as a result, not edible, veal was rather tough for this price range. But when they said "we cannot let you write the bill to the room 'cause you didn't leave your credit card on reception" (which was patently false) - it was the final nail in the coffin of image of Dolder as an upscale establishment. Oh, and having a nice card with a big list of restaurants (like 15 or so) on reception, but telling us that only 2 out of these are "currently" working - doesn't add to their credibility either.
Whoever remembers Dolder Grand from pre-COVID times - it is gone now, sigh...

I loved Everything about my stay. From the attention to details in every aspect of the room. I have so many food allergies and in the restaurant for dinner, My waiter was so helpful and attentive to my dietary restrictions. Best stay ever.

overpriced for what they offer, old and not very clean, most things in the room did not even work due to lack of maintenance. restaurants weren’t the best but still overpriced and it felt like they were trying to squeeze as much money from you as possible.

I had a truly memorable stay at The Dolder Grand. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional!
The design and atmosphere of the hotel stood out immediately. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and it's so quiet
One of the highlights for me was the spa and wellness area. It exceeded our expectations regarding the spa amenities cause they have a lot!
The views from the hotel are also worth mentioning most especially during mornings having breakfast at the breakfast room.
Location was great too: it felt peaceful and exclusive, yet still convenient for getting into the city center.
Overall, the combination of top-notch service, elegant design, outstanding spa facilities, and beautiful views made my stay at The Dolder Grand truly special. I highly recommend it to anyone!!
The only thing I didn’t like? That I eventually had to check out.
