Exceptional
Great, basic spot in a fairly quiet residential neighborhood. Just a few minutes walk form either the metro, or the city bus, and ride shares will pick you up at the hotel. Easy, self check in. Just type in your code at the key box. Some cool neighborhood restaurants, and bar in the area, and the downtown madness is only a few minutes away by car.

The location was nice.
The upper side of the bed seemed made of leather-looking plastic and they get dry and degenerate over time. There could be flip-flops provided (for after the shower). The smell of smoking weed from other rooms was not pleasant.

Only location is good
the common stairs and the area directly outside my apartment door are extremely dirty. There is a significant amount of spilled material, dust, leaves, and other debris on the stairs and around the entrance to my apartment. This is also causing a bad smell and attracting mosquitoes, which is unacceptable from a hygiene and accommodation-quality perspective. I expected the property to be clean and properly maintained upon arrival. The current condition is unpleasant and makes me concerned about the overall hygiene of the property. Other subjects to report is the kitchenware, I was not able to prepare a meal because there was no cooking dishes and no detergent to clean the dishes . IN addition the windows curtains were very like worn out and torn

Nothing the worst experience ever
• The towels were dirty. • The bed sheets were dirty and had visible hair on them. • There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the room. • There were no proper curtains or blinds, meaning people outside could see directly into the room. There was essentially no basic privacy. • There was no air conditioning. • There were not even basic toilet paper supplies available in the bathroom. • The overall cleanliness and hygiene were completely unacceptable.

Tres beau et Tres grand studio. , comfortable et Tres bien equipé et Tres bien situe a cote des transport et des commerces , c'est vraiment une bonne adresse a deux ou seul pour un sejour a zurich. Je recomand sincerement!

Disappointing
No handwash or soap or shower gel or shampoo available at either of the room. After calling and messaging the customer service they promised to provide in the morning but no-one came with any of it.

Nothing. It was horrible!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Save yourself the stress, disgust, & trouble!
It was VERY unclean, items were broken. There were stains on the furniture, walls & bedding. Cobwebs & dust were very prevalent. You can tell they do not take pride in the accommodations nor do they care about quality or comfort or sanitation.

Every thing was clean. You provided very clean and enough towel. The toilet and bathroom were ok. Pillow and blanket were also Ok and clean.
You didn't provide dish washing liquid. We really expected you to provide it. Furthermore, there wasn't even one suitable outlet to plug in the electric kettle.

The property has a convenient location.
The rooms smell like cigarette. WiFi did not work. No cooking utensils. Bathroom had no mirror. Curtains were broken. Nobody around to solve issues, not even on the phone. All these inconveniences made my life miserable for the three days I stayed there.
