Disappointing
No handwash or soap or shower gel or shampoo available at either of the room. After calling and messaging the customer service they promised to provide in the morning but no-one came with any of it.

Nothing. It was horrible!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Save yourself the stress, disgust, & trouble!
It was VERY unclean, items were broken. There were stains on the furniture, walls & bedding. Cobwebs & dust were very prevalent. You can tell they do not take pride in the accommodations nor do they care about quality or comfort or sanitation.

The property has a convenient location.
The rooms smell like cigarette. WiFi did not work. No cooking utensils. Bathroom had no mirror. Curtains were broken. Nobody around to solve issues, not even on the phone. All these inconveniences made my life miserable for the three days I stayed there.

Every thing was clean. You provided very clean and enough towel. The toilet and bathroom were ok. Pillow and blanket were also Ok and clean.
You didn't provide dish washing liquid. We really expected you to provide it. Furthermore, there wasn't even one suitable outlet to plug in the electric kettle.

It was available. It was close to grocery stores and a bus/tram stop. Not much to be honest. The pictures are deceiving.
Frige makes a high frequency noise, hard to ignore and sleep with it. It froze all my food even though it is not a freezer! Not a very well equipped kitchen, only one tea spoon but six butter knife's, no kettle or coffee maker/press, no large bowls for preparing food. No ladle or cutting board. Cooking pan and pot were very dirty, hard to wash well to get the stick in food off. Tv doesn't work, only radio was working on it. The bed was super uncomfortable, the pillow and the mattress gave me back aches. The bed headboard was breaking apart. The bathroom had no usable soap for washing my hands just tiny body wash/shampoo bottles. There was a constant smell of cigarette in the bathroom. Garbage had used q-tip in it when I arrived.

Building was filled with needy people , was not safe had someone banging on our door at night. Need a security staff or someone there . We were two people and one bedsheet even after texting got nothing so yea i had no bedsheet for me in the cold .Not much to cook from , one day was enough.

The walls need repainting; the water in the sink did not drain; the lamp on the nightstand had no socket to hook it up; the tv did not have a hook-up to either cable or satellite and was totally useless!

Very easy to check in and check out, very clean! very quiet neighborhood. Easy acces and parking. There was an iron, microwave and to prepare hot water.
There was no extra blanket available, not detergent to clean the dishes, no tea, coffe or sugar as a courtesy.
