Smell in the room. It was not clean. No outside trash bins. Bed is terrible. They gave us only one small blanket for 2 people.

Enough space, kitchen stocked with necessary materials, comfy clean rooms, though badly decorated.
I was only given one lock box code and had to call customer service to receive the code for my second key since I had booked two rooms.

Wonderful
Perfectly clean apartment, comfortable bed, warm inside, heating can be regulated.Location is close to everything, 3 min walk to the supermarket, the train station, tram and bus stops.
Noise from the trains can be disturbing, it was not for me though

It was not ready when we arrived, but it took less than 5 minutes to be ready.

Not at all the same place as advertised in the photos. Smelled bad, bedding barely covered one person, hole in one bedroom door, man’s genitalia drawn on the wall of the other. Tried several times to contact them about a partial refund and was ignored completely.

THE VERY LARGE BUT OVERFLOWING STINKING GARBAGE CONTAINERS NEXT TO TE BUILDINGSCETRANCE. THERE IS NO INFO IN THE GUEST APARTMENTS ABOUT WHERE TO DROP-OFF ONE'S RECYCLABLE ITEMS.

The location is perfect: there are supermarkets nearby, a metro and train station, and trams run constantly. It’s also close to the city center. The rooms are very spacious and large, and the Wi-Fi works great. Kitchen utensils and bathroom amenities are provided. Overall, we really liked everything; the room was a bit cold, but everything else was excellent.
I can’t say the rooms were completely clean. The bed linen and bathroom towels were clean, but the sofas were in terrible condition — with unclear stains, old, and with an odor. Otherwise, the room was clean, no complaints about the cleanliness of other items, just a bit dusty.

The location was perfect. Right near Aldi and other fast food restaurants. And it was walking distance from the train station or any bus station. That was perfect!
There is no AC and so we opened the windows and it was very loud. The trains passed by and it was so noisy. The room wasn’t really up to date either. The couch was so gross. I wouldn’t sit in it. And the kitchen supplies were not up to date either. There wasn’t any soap to wash dishes while I was cooking. I feel like adding salt and pepper at least would be nice. The spot was decent but not fancy by any means. Would be perfect if it had more things to offer in the space!

No water at the property for whole day.. we couldn’t use even toilet, not enough pillows , even very poor basic .. had to buy many bottle water even no parking .. got ticket penalty as well .. no washing liquid or hand wash We deserve money refund

Disappointing
The place is close to the tram stop, only about 5 minutes walk.
The shower was broken, the bedroom door has lost the glass, the bed sheet is way too thin and small for 2 people. We had difficulty opening the entrance door to the building because it was locked.
