Located near a train station. Good water pressure. Clean sheets.
Room stank of cigarette smoke. Television broken. Building is dirty and poorly maintained. Check in system hostile. No staff just a barrage of impersonal and unwelcoming emails with instructions.

I liked the location next to the tram stop. I also liked how quickly the housekeepers responded and resolved my inquiry.
I didn't like that there was no soap in the shower and towels were not readily available. Towels arrived very quickly after requesting them, so that's a definite plus, but it would have been nice not having to request such a basic item in the first place. Also, the apartment gets the job done, but just a tiny bit of effort with a few decorations here and there to make it more cozy would make it astronomically so much better; right now the apartment looks pretty barebones.

The location is good.
The apartment was not as shown in the photos. In the booking photos the apartment was good, bun in reality is different ,,very dissapointed, everything was old and not as in the photos. All the outside noises were heard in the apartment.

The staff replies the message within mintues. The kitchen is good
The stuff never recieve the phone even in emergency. A wired drunk mad guest knock my door and shouted. I called many times but stuff did not recieve the phone. However, they reply my message and took action at the end and aplogized for the crazy guest.

The blinds didn’t work so I couldn’t close them . There were no curtains so I had no privacy ! The room was on the train line so blinds are needed . The TV didn’t work . The worst thing was that the code given to me by message was completely wrong and the host did not answer the phone for 30 minutes . I had just finished a 9.5 hour drive so I was not happy to wait for him . I am a single woman traveling alone I had to wait in the entryway and hope he would eventually answer . I was on the verge of looking for a new hotel at 2200 ! The code he gave me was completely different than the one I was sent . This is not organized well . This place could be great for budget travelers but it needs better management .

The location by the train station is excellent.
My code that I initially received to get the keys didn’t work and I had to call the host to get a new code. The issue was resolved quickly. The tv remote didn’t have any batteries.
