Disappointing
The location was great, and the view as well. The room was clean, and the value for money was ok.
There was no remote control for the TV, and unfortunately, my daughter and I only received one blanket (and it wasn't a double size) for the two of us. I reported this in the evening when we noticed it, but they weren't able to resolve it then.

There was a mini fridge.
This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in my entire life. I wish I was exaggerating. There was no air conditioning or fan and it was very hot. We went to bed sweating. Opening the window let in a lot of bugs so we had to keep the lights off to avoid more bugs. No hand soap, body wash, shampoo, or conditioner. Showering was a struggle. There was standing water in the shower and the sink due to poor drainage. The shower curtain was gross and poorly fit. After traveling all day and being exhausted, I just wanted to shower and sleep comfortably.

The property had a great location and easy directions to get in and check out. The place was clean. It was a bit noisy on Friday night because of the street noise below, but overall well worth the money and I would stay there again

The location is pretty central with good access to public transportation
Bare rooms, no toilet soap, or bath products provided.
I was on a business trip and specifically needed to iron my shirts ahead of meetings. When booking, I checked the room facilities carefully, and an iron is clearly listed — it still appears in my booking confirmation. On arrival, the iron was not in the room.
Arriving late, with no other option, I called the only number provided by the property. No one answered. There was no way to find an alternative solution at that hour, which left me unable to present myself appropriately at the following day’s meetings.

The location is 15min away by walk from Zurich Hb. The apartment is clean and the room has kitchen where you can cook your own food. The property responded very quickly and addressed my concerns during check-in.
No exhaust ans bidet.

Heater wasn’t working , no bath amenities (have only shower gel) , curtle not black out , no tissue on the room only toilet paper , lift occupancy for 1 pax with suitcase , lift sometimes doesn’t work

The apartment was in a great, very central location. Nothing was too far away that we couldn't walk there. The restaurant below the apartments also smelled really good!

You need to fill in some information, then you get the code, and you just type the code you receive when you find the apartment, it is very easy. It is good that there were kitchen appliances, though I didn't need use them much. The location was quite nice.
When I arrived first, there were few hair in the shower, one on the towel, I think the room could be much cleaner with a little more effort. When I stayed there, the outside temperature was around 7-10 degrees Celcius, the temperature of the room was ok for me but it may feel cold for some. I should note that I was staying on the roof floor.

The location of the property was in a prime location. Great neighborhood and a few minutes walk in the city center and very near to a supermarket just across the street. In addition the property has a lift that helps us carrying our luggage's to the room.

Very easy machine to use to obtain the keys, right at the entrance to the hotel. The room was as expected, with a surprising amount of space and available plates, etc. Great location, was able to easily walk around the city.

Proximity to Zurich HB and Old Town
1. Towel not clean. Facilities old. No hand wash. Bathroom sink clogging
