Opened at the end of 2016, the Swiss Night by Fassbind is located in a quiet location in the city center and features rooms decorated in an individual Swiss style. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Each of the spacious rooms is fitted with a comfortable new bed, a desk, a mini-bar, a safe, coffee and tea making facilities, an iron and ironing board, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer. A business corner with a printer is available in the lobby and a fitness room is offered for guests. Swiss Night by Fassbind also offers a 24-hour reception desk. All sights and attractions including the Bahnhofstrasse, Lake Zurich, the University Hospital and the banking district are easily reachable on foot. The next public transport stop, Kunsthaus, is only 492 feet away. The airport can be reached within 15 minutes by public transport from Bahnhof Stadelhofen and the main station is only 1 stop from there.

It was a lovely hotel. Really clean, the reception staff were helpful and the facilities were good. The hotel is central to Zurich and we were able to walk everywhere..

Pleasant and friendly greeting from Mohamed at check-in and we were given early access to our room which is always a relief and great benefit after arrival on red-eye flight.
Hotel has air conditioning and fan but not up to what we Americans are used to due to Swiss regulations. Fortunately the room cooled down during the heat wave and was comfortable enough. Refrigerator in room but not turned on unless necessary for medication. There is an honor bar in lobby but of course much less expensive to purchase drinks at grocery store.
