Gorgeous view over the mountains and lake and Zurich, nice (family) rooms, clean, kind staff (shout out to the cleaning staff) and location is the best; easy with tram to reach. They're very sweet to give toys to the kids in our room which they could play with; nice reception staff very helpful with everything, and overall good service.. We love the place and we will come back
the restaurant feels a bit stiff.. because everyone is so quiet and so correctly it feels a tad uncomfortable to come there for example with breakfast (some guests said in German which I can understand of course, being Dutch) "let's not sit behind the table with the kids" even though the kids really did there best to behave. Still afraid they will make too much noise or mess which is as parents more stressful and we can enjoy it less. Maybe they could give a little bit more attention to the kids (even a little bit) to give them and us a welcoming feeling.

The hotel has a wonderful situation with amazing views to the lake and mountains. Although out of the city centre, the #6 tram is only a few minutes walk away. The breakfasts are excellent and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and a good size.
