Wonderful
The location is great, shops, restaurants, train everything near by walking distance. The room was cosy, clean and had everything I’d need. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The reception staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast had a nice selection of breakfast items.
The single room is super small, my suitcase had to stay at the entrance to be opened comfortably.

Great boutique hotel in the city center, with an excellent location. The rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable and very clean. The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I stayed in hole Europe. They have great room and rest room. I love my stay there definitely if I ever come to Zurich I will only stay in Sorell Boutique. عندهم شطاف بالحمام.

The refund was processed in full without further argument once it was accepted that the room was not what I had booked. The manager offered dinner for one night. The hotel is well located and close to the train station.
I booked and paid for a junior suite and was not given one. At check-in the room description on the paperwork was different, and when I queried it reception told me that was simply how the room is described and assured me it was a junior suite. It was not. I returned to reception and was denied again. The manager also denied it initially, and only then conceded that the junior suites were fully booked and that I could be moved the following day — which confirms the hotel knew the position from the outset. So at three separate points I was told something untrue about the room I had paid for. Overbooking happens, and had anyone said so at check-in I would have dealt with it reasonably. Being denied repeatedly, apparently in the hope I would accept a lesser room and let it go, is a different matter. I took a full refund, left, and stayed elsewhere, and had a great trip.
