The location was very good. Near the main station and most attractions and transport.
The hotel rooms were very comfy and clean and made us fee comfortable and welcome.
For a 4 star hotel in one of the best areas in Zurich for us it was the best
The Breakfast staff were friendly but very slow and stressed. The breakfast lack more diversity for a 4 star hotel and some foods were finish before the time. What was available was sometimes not enough and lack of options or not available at all like bread or pastries or something from switzerland.
