The rooms, and hotel facilities are prefect and the staff are extremely helpful.
I know that it is not normally Hot in Zurich but the AC system is horrible. It isn’t nice to be in a room that becomes too hot when you want to sleep.

The stay was perfect. Very helpful staff, big rooms, with coffee, tea, small chocolate, and a safe per room. The bed, even for my one-person room, was spacious, and you even get a pillow service, where you can choose from different types of pillows (this was the first hotel where I saw this service, and I just find it very cool). There is a paid parking space, in the garage and in the yard for bigger cars. It is recommended to reserve parking in advance. The hotel is a short distance from the city center, about 20 minutes by foot, or you can take a tram. The lake is 5 minutes from the hotel, and there is a lovely promenade next to the lake. Also, there are various great restaurants just next to the hotel or a few minutes away. Pro tip - pick this hotel rather than some other in the center; you will save some money, and it's still really close. Definitely recommending!
