Reception staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast food options and quality are top notch. The restaurant staff were great and very welcoming. The elevator is large, not common in Zurich, and is nice for mobility challenged guests to consider.
Minor issue. Chairs in room are very modern in design but lacking very classic comfort functionality.

Location is amazing
The facilities of the room are very poorly planned and built. For instance, the hairdryer is connected with a cable to the internal system. Mine had technical difficulties (no hot air, only warm, and broken body and burning smell) and I asked to replace a hairdryer, which was, however, impossible, as all others were also connected through a cable. Or another point when you dry your hair it’s cable scapes the metal napkin box above and the metal from part of the box falls all the time on the tile.
Also such items as a door handle of the safe&minibar cupboard is impossible to grab.

Ranajky lepsie ako v hoteli vyssej kategorie. Parking priamo v hoteli je vyhoda!
