Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was really good and fresh.
On the second day of staying the room hasn't been cleaned. They told its because alot of reservations and stress on same day.

The location was nice and quiet, short tram hop to Zurich HB,
The unfriendliness of some of the waiters in breakfast. They almost never refilled the empty machines and you were frowned upon if you requested anything extra

The location was good and on the whole the staff were friendly and helpful.
I had ordered two single beds and selected a more expensive room tariff which accommodated my request. When we checked in, we found we did not have two single beds, we had a queen. It was late, we had been travelling all day. The next days we were travelling and it was late when we returned to the hotel. We were only there for a couple of days, so we made the best of it. Our shower door would not stay closed whilst using. The bathroom door was a sliding door and didn't afford m uch privacy, and the bathroom was very small.
