The room is spacious with sofa/table, and fruit available at reception was a nice gesture. Staff was helpful and store luggage for us until late afternoon. Breakfast was plenty with a great variety, and very tasty. We booked early hence got a really good price .
The shampoo and body wash is in one bottle, which is a bit strange to us at first, but I guess maybe that is the norm in Zurich/Europe?

The hotel was great. Good location. Clean. Quiet. The breakfast was very good..
Our last morning we had an early train so had to go for breakfast right at 6:30. The full breakfast was not ready before 7:00 so we were unable to enjoy all the lovely breakfast dishes that day.

Excellent location for trams to airport as well as all other central points. Also excellent area for restaurants.
Stuffy foyer. Not the the most pleasant breakfast experience although there was a delightful smiley young woman.

Very easy to get to from the train station, less than 10 mins walk. Steps away from Niederdorfstrasse, a busy street filled with restaurants and shops. Prior to arrival, the hotel provided an option to check -in online. However , I did not do that. Otherwise the check in process would be much faster. The room was a good size. Had all the necessary amenities, toiletries, coffee , tea, chocolate etc. At the lobby, there were apples, candies and coffee bar. There were bikes one could borrow too. My husband rode the bike to Lake Zurichsee every morning prior to breakfast. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. So many choices, including vegan option. The ladies who served us were all very friendly and efficient.
