The hotel was wonderful.
The staff was friendly and ALWAYS at our disposal.
And that 24 hours a day!
The rooms were large and comfortable, the temperature was just right.
The breakfast was decent. The location of the hotel, in the historic center and
in a very good location very close to the train station
convenient for excursions near Zurich.
The area was full of restaurants and bars.
Very quiet.
Everything in the hotel was very good. I
highly recommend it and I will keep it in mind for a future
visit.

The location is close to everything! Felt very safe and the rooms were quiet. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good quality and a good selection. 0 complaints overall - would definitely stay here again!
Not necessarily something I personally didnt like, but the bathrooms have clouded glass walls on 2 sides which is completely fine for solo or a couple, but I could see this being weird for some people.

Loved the location. Lots of nice restaurants, and lovely to walk around. The room was spacious and very clean.
In other hotels we visited in Switzerland they had nice fruit on room and also nice coffee macho in the lobby with fresh milk.
