Nice gesture to leave croissants etc out for people to help themselves to but by the afternoon they were very hard . Good Tram routes outside the hotel.
Location at the top of the hill on a very busy road with trans / cars going past from 7 in the morning . Beds very uncomfortable , asked for more pillows which they delivered straight away but when you lean on them they’re flat. Paper thin walls . Reception not staffed after 5 pm and if you need someone in the day you have to press the bell. Breakfast very basic . Cobwebs on the ceiling for the whole stay .

The breakfast was good (not exceptional). The hotel location is very good
The walls are made of paper since you can hear everything from the attached room. The toilet is attached but does not have a ventilator. There is no air conditioning inside the room. I don't know why all the blankets were torn since such a hotel must have new blankets for each day.

Location next to the tram stop and only afew minutes from the station on the tram
Only fault was the coffee machine would not make coffee! The room was also quite warm at night.

Price point was good, room was clean and comfortable, shower was lovely
Breakfast offerings were good, but buffet layout was inefficient for flow. Check-in was cumbersome--lots of pushing buttons on screens instead of interacting with the live human at reception

The breakfast selection was extensive and very vegetarian/vegan friendly. It was really nice and tasty!
The self check-in as in case of issue it's more complicated to get it solved.

Comfy beds, sofa bed was ready and made for us upon arrival, as well as 4 sets of towels.
Room was quite small for a family of 4, with luggages...
Moreover - although the breakfast was very varied, it was a little uncomfortable to get the food (space wise) and with all the hotel guests trying to get food at once in a very small space, made it a bit hectic.
