It was near to town but up a hill which could be a problem for some
No person on check in at about 18.30. Computer check in was not straight forward. They had bikes to borrow but no instructions on how to do so or a person to ask. Entry to room was very cramped and you had to go beyond the toilet to shut the door as the en suite was so small. The air conditioner didn’t work but two fans had been put in. This wasn’t adequate as the temperature didn’t drop below 30 degrees all night so it was difficult to sleep. Breakfast was on the whole really good and varied BUT the scrambled egg and crepes had run out just before 9am and were not refilled for the final hour of breakfast.

Facilities for the heat were inadequate Staff availability was minimal and staff were trying to run breakfast and reception at the same time. They gave minimal advice on reception.

We really enjoyed everything. The breakfast was delicious.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. Since it was very hot, the room felt stuffy and we didn't have enough fresh air.
