Location was not near anything. Walking up the hills to get to the hotel was difficult.

Great location Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable Everything was great with the room and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.
The check in process is laborious and excessive. The staff did their job but weren't overly friendly.

The breakfast room was nice and food selection very good. The Hotel was well located and quite. The rooms were very clean.
The staff was practically nonexistent. No front desk presence. The Hotel says that the rooms are air conditioned, they are NOT. The room that we were given had a stand alone air conditioner which did not work. I asked for another room and the Hotel moved me to another room without air conditioning only 2 fans. If I go back to Zurich I will go to the Marriott

Big nicer, clean rooms
Hardly any front desk employees. You have to check in on a computer and they expect you to be technically inclined. This is a three star hotel and they should have a Receptionist 24 hours.

Absolutely brain dead check in/out setup, we wasted about 30 minutes on this. For example, the ”check out” function would not let you check out unless you had bought something from the minibar, wtf? Staff did not care at all. According to other reviews, this systems has been in place for at least 3 years so it seems like they really don’t care.
