The reception was nice and friendly, hotel was in a good location for us to reach the airport early the next day. Breakfast was great and had a good selection and offerings.
The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, after 5pm there is no staff to assist so issues encountered were left unanswered and during our stay there was a heat wave and other than a small fan that didn't do much, we were not given any tools to make our stay cooler. even the blankets supplied were too thick for such temperatures, which affected our sleep at night.

Very disappointed. You need to do online checking but their website did not work. Nobody after 5pm… luckily I saw that so I had to modify my plans to arrive before 5pm…. They installed an air conditioner in the room and it was so noisy that we cannot sleep…. Incredible for the price we paid. Then you can’t complain since there is no one after 5pm… the corridors were not clean. We will not come back, super disappointed. Too expensive for what it is.
Organization for a Swiss hotel, incredible noise of the air conditioner impossible to sleep and then you turn it off and due to the heat impossible to sleep as well. The owners should go in the rooms to see what they offer to their customers not just take the money…

The hotel was very clean, provided everything you needed including a coffee maker in the room and a sheet instead of a quilt if too warm. To he breakfast was excellent
The room was quite warm, but you couldn’t sleep with the air con on as too noisy due to it being a portable unit, but at least they did provide it and disown about the heat

This hotel even the room cost a lot was no have any meat in breakfast, no bacon, no sausages no any kind of meat. This hotel breakfast was vegetarian. It was big disappointment about breakfast.

i asked to change the room from single to double, the reply i received was to contact booking.com, yet the answer i received from booking.co is to contact the property so couldn't do the change
the room entrance was from the bathroom, which is totally not suitable, a very small space that my suitcase was placed in the bathroom

Clean and nice, breakfast.
AC wasn't working both nights an temperature outside was higher than 30 C, so, sleeping as a result wasn't comfortable. Also TV doesn't allow to watch something from Internet.
