My stay at the Sheraton Zurich Hotel was excellent from start to finish.
The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. While the location is slightly outside the city center, I actually found it to be very convenient. There is a tram stop literally at the hotel’s doorstep, and Zurich’s tram network is so efficient that you can reach virtually anywhere that matters in the city with ease. Because of that, I have absolutely no complaints about the location.
What truly made this stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff.
A very special thank you to Chris (Christian Salce). I have traveled extensively, and Chris is genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful, and most knowledgeable hospitality professionals I have ever met. No matter what question I had, he always had the answer. Whether it was trains, restaurants, sightseeing, car rentals, local tips, or simply navigating Zurich, he was incredibly patient, calm, humble, and genuinely eager to help. Every interaction with him was a pleasure. His recommendations and guidance significantly improved my experience in Zurich, and he is a true asset to the Sheraton team.
Another very special thank you goes to Nina. She was absolutely fantastic. As a visitor trying to understand Zurich’s public transport system, I was initially a little overwhelmed, but Nina explained everything with such precision and clarity that she practically made me feel like a local. Her instructions were detailed, easy to follow, and incredibly helpful. She even assisted me with booking a tour and ensured I understood exactly how to get where I needed to go. It genuinely felt as though she was walking next to us and guiding me through the city. Her dedication to helping guests goes far beyond what is expected.
I would also like to give an honorable mention to Maria, who assisted me during checkout.

The hotel was perfect fit for our purpose of stay- ice hockey world championship, very close to arena. Hotel itself was very nice and modern, very good breakfast and professional reception staff.

there was some confusion on the tax as when we checked in the person at the checkin counter checked everything including all passports and levied the tourist tax appropriately. When we were checking out they said it was a mistake and charges us for one person extra which didnt make sense. we were in a rush to didnt argue and paid it anyway.
