The hotel has comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and a very polite and attentive staff who made us feel welcome and showed great willingness to help. I stayed there with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, and they were extremely kind and made our stay much more comfortable.
In addition to the very varied and delicious breakfast, the hotel also has a restaurant where you can have lunch, dinner, and drinks. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, amazing room with everything you needed. Staff very friendly and spoke English. Would stay again
Unbelievable price for breakfast £39 for one person, and they didn’t tell me how much it was until I’d said yes and asked me to pay so I asked for it to be taken off and refunded once I’d thought about it - they did, but I’ve still not got the money money back in my bank 5 days later. It was also £30 per night to park your car there! I mean I get that it’s Zürich but it was expensive!!

The bed was comfortable
The shower was a significant issue for us, the temperature and pressure were terrible. Our shower was completely open so your extra cold. The tap water was significantly hotter so my partner and I decided it was best to bathe ourselves from the sink. While the room was nice this experience made it extremely comfortable and inconvenient.
