They upgraded me to stoller - their 4 start hotel in Zurich,which was amazing.
The hospitality and location of this hotel was central.
Even the toilet has a television,fridge that has soft drinks complimentary,apples ,water and a coffee machine to keep you warm at mornings

nice, simple, clean room with affordable price, close to two tram/bus stations where you can reach anywhere in zürich easily, good wifi, nice people in the reception
ventilation in the bathroom is working so loud and long, so that one can hear the one next room and couldn't sleep..

The 24h service is impressive, even if I personally don't need it. The price is good. The buffet is rather small but it is good.
The building is not very quaint or charming - if that is what you are looking for, then look elsewhere.

Disappointing
There was construction going on next door which was very noisy and disruptive. The staff were polite but unpleasant.
The valve for the radiator reached into the bed.
