The staff was amazing, professional and friendly. Helpful and practical.
The building is relatively old and by no means it is s hotel having "new" facilities. No iron in the room and internet connection mediocre.

The hotel is extremely old, the double glazing window is useless and for what you pay for it's not worth the price

The room was clean and had a minimalist design, with only essential amenities provided. Although I didn’t personally take advantage of it, breakfast is served from 6:00am, which is very convenient for early travelers. The location is acceptable, with good tram and train connections, although it was not ideal for my particular needs.
The room was very hot and stuffy despite the fan and openable windows. The initial welcome at reception felt somewhat arrogant and unprofessional, including being addressed in the third person as “the lady.” Fortunately, the receptionist the next morning was much warmer and more welcoming. Small details, but the room key was also heavy and impractical, and I did not feel fully comfortable leaving it at reception. To be fair, I'm used to digital keys now.
