Wonderful
Value for many is great and stuff is helpful and speaks English well. Room has own shower and a desk, which was great. Offers dise3nt breakfast that can b e purchased on site. Not great but value for Money in Zurich
Missing A/C (which was mentioned in the ad) were a bit discomforting. Ventilator in the room was good enough substitute, but A/C would work better. And it was 30C outside, could not imagine how it would have been with 40C+. Also missing any kind of fridge in the room was not bad but I could have used one.

The staff were kind and accommodating
Location a short tram ride outside of Zurich centre, local supermarket across the road, tram and bus stops 2 min walk away.
Felt safe and secure
Abit stuffy due to the heatwave, had a desk fan no AC (although this is common in Europe)

Disappointing
The hotel looked appealing on Booking.com, but the reality was completely different. My stay was disappointing in almost every aspect, from the room quality and facilities to the customer service.

Very disappointing experience. The room I received was completely different from the room shown in the Booking.com photos. When I raised this issue, the hotel refused to provide the room type being advertised and insisted that what I received was correct.
The room was extremely small and appeared much smaller than the size advertised. The bathroom was tiny, comparable to an airplane restroom, with the sink located outside the bathroom in the bedroom area. There was no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea/coffee facilities, and none of the amenities one would expect from a 3-star hotel.
The room was also uncomfortably hot, with only a small pedestal fan provided. The overall condition and facilities were far below expectations.
The receptionist's attitude was particularly disappointing—rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Although a lady who introduced herself as the manager was more courteous, the hotel ultimately failed to resolve any of the concerns raised.
Overall, the hotel is misleading in its presentation and does not deliver what is advertised.

* Public transport was very convenient, with tram, bus, and metro connections nearby.
* Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
* Paid parking was available, which was convenient for guests travelling by car.

It’s very spacious, check in was smooth, love the attic and sunset views
The elevator is too tiny, it can only fit two at a time or one with luggage which means you might end up spending some time waiting to get on.
The room had no amenities at all. Wouldn’t recommend for long stays unless you are willing to buy items or constantly ask the reception for things.

Location not too far from the bus stops, but a bit far from the main station. Room quiet, nice staffs. Great and quality price advantageous to stay at this hotel.
The elevator to the upper stairs is a bit tight, certainly too small for two people and even worth if with luggages.
