I liked that there was a gym. The parking was expensive and the price of food at the hotel was crazy high. $45 for breakfast per person.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a luggage room to store luggage after checkout.
We had two main issues during our stay. First, we had a do not disturb sign on our door but the housekeeping team still opened the door at 0900 while people were getting ready in the restroom. They apologized but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Second, there was no on site parking available and I spent 30+ minutes finding available parking. What I found was incredibly expensive, but I had no option. The hotel doesn’t actually have on site parking, there is just a public garage underneath, but they don’t own any spaces.

As an alternative, we asked whether the hotel could accommodate us if a wheelchair was available; however, we were informed that the hotel does not have one.
Despite the extraordinary circumstances, the hotel stated that no flexibility is possible due to the non-refundable policy. This was a one-week family trip, and all of our other hotels showed goodwill by allowing us to change our dates to later months. Given that this is a Novotel chain and the situation is clearly exceptional and medically documented, we expected at least partial consideration rather than a 100% charge, or the option to use the reservation on low-season dates.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, and it has seriously affected our trust in the brand. Unfortunately, it is not a hotel chain we would consider using again!

My recent stay was profoundly disappointing due to a complete failure of a critical service: there was no internet in the room.
As a guest working remotely, reliable Wi-Fi is not a luxury but a necessity, especially at a well-known chain hotel where this basic amenity is expected. To find it completely unavailable made my stay incredibly stressful and unproductive.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of constructive customer service. When I reported the issue, expressing my disbelief and frustration, the staff’s response was essentially, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." No alternative solutions were offered—no suggestion to move rooms, no offer of a mobile hotspot, no discount for the significant inconvenience, not even guidance to a common area with a working connection
A simple apology is not a solution when a core service fails. The combination of a critical amenity being broken and the staff's passive response shows a lack of preparedness and genuine care for guests' needs.
I expected better from this hotel chain.

Location, spacing, staff, decorations, rooms
Kids were allowed to run all around the lounge/restaurant playing and being loud, which disturbed my peace at times. A lot of them were sick and coughing literally everywhere, peddling germs all over the lobby and no one seemed to care.
