I liked the location. Out of the city but easy to catch the train, great dinner option down the street Piu restaurant . And a lovely area, that’s easy walking
Everything In Zurich is expensive , especially when you do certain from Aussie dollar

Wonderful
Loved the reception area / seating / kids play area. Loved the breakfast especially the fresh fruit juicer and pancake machine! We ate dinner here too which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful
The pool was too cold for us which was a shame as my children were excited to use it.

Their air conditioning was very poor in this hot weather,
Mid of night they do something with air conditioning that it keep on running without cooling
If you call the reception they don’t pick up the call
So we couldn’t sleep properly

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location with good access to public transport. The staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The room was comfortable and the overall stay was pleasant.
The only downside was the kids' beds, which were not very comfortable. Improving the extra beds would make the stay much better for families.

Good hotel with all required amenities. Worked well with small kids and pool was a bonus after a warm day in the city. Staff was very friendly.
