Poor
Except sometime very attractive rates for Zurich and proximity to the airport, the other negative things make the rates much less prioritized.
We stayed in this hotel two time and will never ever. Rude and impolite, and completely unhelpful reception, sometimes simply nobody on the reception late evening or early morning. Dirty and molded shower cabin; carpets in rooms and corridors are in stains. Very expensive garage - 45 CHF is insane! When last time we asked about change of reservation, our request was simple kept ignored with no answer.

Very Poor
The hotel is very questionable. Stay away. Very suspicious guests and questionable activities going on in the hotel.

Clean and comfort, good location, rooms are isolated from airplanes.
Beds are too high for short people

Pleasant
Good location and welcome staff. Easy reachable Airport. Comfortable bed. Huge TV. Free drinks, non alcoholic.
Old and broken bath stuff. Room was not cleaned sufficiently. No coffee machine. Breakfast awful.

Wonderful
Great location. Elevator was very helpful with luggage. We enjoyed being close to the train station and grocery shopping. Room and bathroom was clean and well stocked.
The bed is too firm. I rolled from hip to hip during the night.

Very Poor
It was close to the airport and the train station
People were very rude and the place was disgusting, stole two watches from my room. I tried to contact them, but I didn’t even receive an answer back. watch out.

Poor
Close to the airport. Bedroom was clean.
Unhelpful service from unmotivated staff that don't show much interest in the traveller. Furnishings in the lobby area, the lifts, the bedroom and dining room are worn out. The hotel room has one Europe socket and a couple of usb ports by a desk - not by the beds where they are more convenient. Bedside lights did not work.

Disappointing
The location near the airport.
It was not very clean, the pillows were small, there was no trash can in the bathroom, the toilet was running all night long, the bed needs to be replaced and the blankets need to be changed.

The only positive is that it’s a 5 min train/bus ride to the airport.
Was an absolute shock to stay in a hotel of this standard of all places in Zurich Switzerland.
The smell of urine once you enter the hotel is shocking. Once you get of the dirty lift and enter your room one is disgusted by the property’s maintenance. Dirt from the previous guests, bed covered with hair and other stuff, fridge not cleaned for not sure how long. Basically a sad state for a Swiss hotel.
The bathroom shower had its own mind, water sprayed from the shower and the faucet at the same time, so water wastage doesn’t seem to be an issue.
I am sure all guests no matter where they come from would appreciate and deserve a well maintained and clean room.

It is only 5 minutes from the airport with the bus. Very well conected with Zurich, good breakfast and the staff are very kind and accommodating; they were happy to assist us with additional requests during check-in and check-out. I recommend this hotel.
