Location was decent. It was in a quiet area but definitely more of a walk to get to the main shopping street or to the quainter Old Town. Close to two tram locations so that was convenient.
Bathroom was on the small side. Motel was more basic than the other one we had stayed in that was next to Old Town which was more quaint.

My room was literally two elevators and three sets of stairs away from reception. There was no other entrance or exit.
You cannot have a hotel where it takes 20 minutes to get from your room to the outside. It's not safe and not functional.

After a hectic day of travel and botched dinner plans, the bar staff was more than accommodating to let us eat outside with our guests. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome

Location was great !! Walkable to most places. Two blocks from the lake. Customer Services was great and check-in was quick and easy. Facility was clean and beautiful.
Breakfast could have been better. We are a family with severe food allergies, lactose intolerant, gluten free, and diabetics. We had a difficult time finding something for everyone to eat.

I forgot to wear my Apple Watch one day and it was stolen from my hotel room. When I tried to locate it from my iPhone, it was showing at a location near the airport. We reported at the front desk but they did not help much and didn’t take any responsibility for it.
I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel where my stuff in the room was not safe.

We liked that it was pretty close to the train station. We like the feel of the hotel and the bar area was really beautiful! Breakfast was good.
There was no opportunity to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. Would've been nice after a long trip there to be able to go down to dinner.
