Wonderful
Location was convenient. A 10-15 min walk to Old Town with numerous shops, restaurants & cafés. About 5-8 min to closest tram stop (10 min to Zurich Train station). We picked a room with a balcony and turned out fantastic, we sat on our little rooftop terrace enjoying the sun after a long day of walking everywhere. Modern hotel with modern conveniences. We didn't take the breakfast option, but in hindsight, perhaps we should have since it was good value considering neighbouring cafés.
The room seemed a bit small but functional. The balcony made up for it for us, giving us a place to chill.

The room is big and the bed is very comfy. Everything is clean.

The room was actually one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in and it had automatic curtains so it wouldn’t get hot if we’re away. Walls are thick and I didn’t hear any noise. The breakfast was really good with high quality food and there was option for on-the-go coffee or tea by reusable cups.
As other reviews said, there’s truly no refrigerator which would be great (especially in summer) and the shower’s floor was a bit worn but these are just minor issues, I still recommend the hotel.

The location
The staff are not respectful, they memorized a set of responses and that’s it, they don’t fix the issue and keep repeating “I understand it’s frustrating but that is how it is”, also they mention having an “air conditioning” BUT THEY DO NOT! They said it only works at some times of the year, BUT I CLEARLY WANTED IT, THE ONLY REASON I BOOKED THERE WAS FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING OTHERWISE THERE ARE MANY BETTER LOOKING, BETTER QUALITY AND EVEN CHEAPER HOTELS IN A BETTER PLACES but I chose them for the AC but it was A SCAM
