Complimentary shuttle to and from Zurich airport which is what we looked for. I guess no other hotels in Zurich offer free shuttle, others make you pay for an extra fee. Airport transfers are on time.
Rooms are also air-conditioned which is a must for us. Comfortable bed.

Disappointing experience. We reached with 4 young kids at 11:30PM to know that they already checked in some other “Ahmed” in our rooms due to same surname. This is most illogical reason I have ever heard since first name matters and also I had booking for 2 rooms each with separate names. Then we had it booked for 3 nights and not even once they cleaned the room or changed the beddings despite request. Cleanliness was a big issue at the hotel, showers were very slow and staff could have been more professional and helpful. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean room, good Wifi, nice big bed, nice view, shuttle bus to the airport, nice bathroom.
Breakfast was very busy and messy due to big groups having breakfast. Not much to choose from, waiting for table to be cleaned, not a nice experience overall during the breakfast.

When we came there was a huge line of people to check in so we decided to eat while waiting. The cafe didn't open for another 30 minutes, but they were very kind to us and opened early for us. We were so hungry, I really appreciated it. The food was delicious there!
Breakfast seemed like a free for all with so many people and the wait between the different foods on the plates. I'm not sure how you could improve the streamline of the traffic, but you need to do something!
