The guy at the reception was extremely kind and supportive and also the other ladies gave us a very good response and support
The housekeeping does not operate after working hours hence we had to goto the reception if we require something. We were in a triple room and the room had only 2 sets of towels. I had to goto the reception to collect the 3rd towel

I stayed at Mövenpick Hotel for one night with my wife and child. Overall, the hotel was okay for a short stay, but there were a few disappointing points. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room was clean, but not very clean. It did not feel as fresh or well-maintained as expected. Since it was only for one night and more of a budget airport stay, it was manageable, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. Another major disappointment was the airport shuttle. When the free shuttle arrived at the airport, there were too many guests waiting, and the driver told us we would have to wait for the next shuttle, which was after around 30 minutes. Since I was travelling with my wife and child, waiting that long was inconvenient, so we had to take a taxi and pay CHF 23 to reach the hotel. This was frustrating. The room lights were also too dim, and the AC was not working properly. The hotel also did not have many facilities, so it felt quite basic.

The room and price
The shuttle from the airport- the sign indicated a 30 min rhythm, but at the hotel we were told that they had changes companies and it only came every hour. We ended up having to take a taxi. The shuttle back to the airport however went well.

Comfortable room of a good size. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning for the very hot weather. Efficient check in/out. The location is very convenient for the airport, but is otherwise fairly isolated.
At the next renovation, consider installing walk-in showers. I am getting too old to climb in and out of bathtubs.

We ended our two week trip here because it was near the airport. The shuttle picked us up from the airport to bring us to the hotel and brought us back, all complimentary and on time! Their shuttle driver was incredibly friendly. The hotel room was spacious, clean, had AC, and everything we needed. I will be staying here again if I’m in Zurich.
The TV would randomly turn off. We were watching The World Cup so it was frustrating.

The hotel is convenient, lots of buses go the four minute stop to the airport. This makes it less expensive that the hotel’s right next to the airport.
