Wonderful
Clean, airy, bright rooms in a friendly hotel in a great location. Cafes, restaurants, supermarket a few minutes walk. Tram station to Altstadt outside it. Really liked and would book again.

This hotel lives up to the high standards of Swiss quality in every way. The service was consistently professional, and the room was spotlessly clean—truly irreproachable. Both the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and efficient. Additionally, the location is perfect for travelers, offering quick and easy access to Zurich Central Station. Room was clean and comfortable.
It was a little bit smaller in size with the cost , and it could have been better. But for a short time , no issues at all.

Location was good (next to the Tram station), room was good value for money in Zurich and staff was friendly. Breakfast was also good portion wise.
We arrived by car and it was unclear whether we could park at the hotel. It ultimately worked out. In most Swiss cities we receive a Swiss Transport card for the city included in our room cost (Lausanne, St. Gallen, Luzern etc) so was disappointing that we did not here as we used the Tram to get around. I usually prefer to book directly with hotels (vs Booking.com or some other service) however in this case I believe I got a better price with Booking.com

The staff was impressively kind and made everything they could to make the guests fell comfortable. Congratulations!
It is not so well located if you're going for business. But all the rest - staff, cleanliness, etc, compensate well.
