Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, amazing ice cream cafe and restaurant! The breakfast was simply amazing. Great ambiance, cosy, delicious food (and free for the kids!) The hotel is very well located (6 min with the tram). We stayed there with our two kids who loved it. Close to parks, supermarkets etc. Great room, spacious, comfortable, clean and not too hot, with lots of windows and natural light. We would happily stay there again.

Friendly staff and the location is a couple of miles to walk to old town Zurich but well served by trams. No Air conditioning and no fans so not so comfortable in the room on a very hot day in July but overall a good stay.

Location is good, only 14min by tram 3 to Zurich HB. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. It's super clean.
Bathroom is a bit small.

The best way to travel around the city was by tram and there was a tram stop with staff providing information only 50 yards away. Trams were also very frequent to the old town, railway station and lake Zürich and only about ten minutes away.Staff were polite and accommodating.Breakfast good.
We had a queen room with balcony.. You could not class it as a balcony as there was insufficient room to sit there-only standing room. The room was adequate but small.

Great front desk staff. Room was modern, clean with an awesome bathroom. Location was perfect as it was on the Number 3 tram line route so only 10 minutes to downtown. No breakfast included.
If they want to upgrade to a solid 9.0 rating, they should upgrade to a modern AC / heat pump system. Two fans did the trick but still to warm at 35 degrees outside.

The room was decent however, the location was quite good; directly connected to a tram.
They require a 100 CHF deposit, there is no air conditioning so they gave us fans. The toilet was very small.

- Good location: tram station just 2 minutes away - Blend of antique and modern charm: the outlook of building and reception area are more historical, other areas are modern and clean - Very clean throughout the property - Balcony bonus adds extra space and outdoor access
